How does the "Full-Service" delivery work?

It’s simple: you book the campsite, and we bring the resort to you. We deliver the RV to your destination, handle the leveling, connect all the utilities (water, power, sewer), and turn on the AC/Heat. When your vacation is over, you just head home—we’ll handle the breakdown and towing.

Do I need a truck or a hitch?

Not at all! That’s the beauty of our service. Since we handle all the towing, you can show up in a compact car or a minivan. We bring the heavy-duty equipment so you don’t have to.

Where can you deliver?

We Offer Delivery to many locations throughout the valley & mountains.

I.E. Lindys Landing, Kingsburg RV Resort, Camp Edison, Wishon Village, Sequoia RV Park, 3Rivers, etc. All locations are subject to a charge based on distance and day.

Is the RV ready for immediate use?

Yes. When we say "full-service," we mean it. The beds are made with fresh linens, the kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils, and the outdoor chairs are set out. Just bring your clothes, your food, and your sense of adventure.

What if I’ve never stayed in an RV before?

You’re our favorite kind of guest! We provide a digital "Welcome Guide" for each rig that explains how to operate the lights, awning, and appliances. Plus, because we handle the initial setup, the "hard part" is already done for you.

Are pets allowed?

We love furry campers! We have specific Pet-Friendly units available for a small additional cleaning fee. Just be sure to select a pet-friendly rig during checkout so we can keep our fleet fresh for everyone.

Logistics & Policies

What time is "Check-In"?

We coordinate our delivery with the campground’s check-in schedule (usually between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM). We aim to have the RV fully staged and cooled down by the time you arrive.

What happens if I have a problem during my stay?

We are just a phone call or text away. Since we are local to the Kings River area, we can provide support or troubleshooting advice quickly to ensure your trip stays on track.

Do I need to empty the holding tanks before I leave?

Nope! That’s part of the Royal Treatment. Unlike traditional rentals where you have to find a dump station, we handle all waste tank disposal after you check out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. You can receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to your trip. For shorter notice, we offer credit toward a future "Kings River" adventure.

What is your deposit policy?

To secure your dates and the trailer, a $500 deposit is required. This serves as both your reservation hold and your security deposit.

  • Refundable: This amount is fully refundable following a successful post-rental inspection.

  • Damage Policy: Please note that any damage incurred during your use of the trailer will be deducted from this deposit.
